Refund policy
Due to the nature of our clothes, which are lovingly handcrafted and designed as one-of-a-kind works of art, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges on any purchases. We believe the charm and character of each piece lie in its uniqueness, and we want every customer to appreciate the individuality that sets them apart.

While we understand that shopping for clothing online can be challenging, we strive to provide you with accurate and detailed descriptions, measurements, and photographs of each item. Quality Assurance
Each item undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and design. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will address the issue promptly and work towards a suitable resolution.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 3-4 days. Once your order is confirmed and packaged, it will be shipped via our local post office for international delivery. The estimated shipping time is 7-10 days from when the courier receives the package. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees applied by their country. All packages are shipped from India, where we hand-make each one of our products exclusively. As your unique garments are shipped internationally, we appreciate your patience.
Wash/care
Spot Clean: We recommend spot cleaning the item using a gentle cloth or sponge with mild soap and water. Gently dab the affected area to clean without compromising the fabric's integrity.
Avoid Dry Cleaners: Please refrain from sending your item to dry cleaners, as the delicate nature of some of our up-cycled materials might not be suitable for traditional dry cleaning processes. To preserve the quality of your garments, we recommend turning them inside out, washing them in cold water, and air drying. Avoid using warm water, as it may cause shrinkage; some of our one-of-a-kind garments are not pre-shrunk. For the best care and to extend the life of your garments, we advise following these instructions.
No Washing Machine: Avoid machine washing, as our items are artisanally crafted and might be sensitive to machine agitation.
Steam Treatment: To maintain freshness and kill bacteria, consider using a steamer on a low setting every so often on the inside of jackets. If steaming the outside, avoid hovering too long on one spot (spend no longer than 3 seconds), as certain areas might be heat sensitive.
Sizing
We provide detailed sizes for all our products in each product listing. To ensure the best fit, please compare the measurements with a similar piece of clothing you already own. The chest width is measured from armpit to armpit, and the body length is measured from the top to the bottom. Please note that measurements may vary slightly due to new designs and styles.
